Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, returns must be initiated within 14 days of your order date & items must be placed in the mail within 3 days of the return authorization. Exchanges can be made within 21 days of your order, please email us to make sure that your requested item is in stock.
Allow 5-10 business days to receive your refund. Payments can only be refunded to the original payment method. If the customer cannot access the original payment method, the customer will need to contact the payment company to claim their funds.
Sale items are final sale and non-refundable.
International orders Return Policy
Due to shipping expenses & delivery times, international orders are final sale & non-returnable.
If your return is approved: Affix the pre-paid UPS return label that was emailed to you on the package. If used, an $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
If your exchange is approved: Affix the pre-paid UPS return label that was emailed to you on the package. EXCHANGES ARE FREE so you will not be charged for the pre-paid return label.
Drop off your package in your mailbox, at the nearest post office or UPS collections box or schedule a UPS package pickup online. Packages must be placed in the mail within 3 days of the authorization date. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit.
We will notify you via email after your return is complete. Please allow up to 5-10 days for us to receive & process your return.
