Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, returns and exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of your order date & items must be placed in the mail within 3 days of the return authorization. Please contact us to let us know the reason and nature of your return for approval.
If a return is the result of a mistake we made we will cover all shipping fees. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for covering the cost of shipping an item back to us. We may offer a discounted shipping label and deduct this expense from the overall refund.
Allow 5-10 business days to receive your refund. Payments can only be refunded to the original payment method. If the customer cannot access the original payment method, the customer will need to contact the payment company to claim their funds.
Sale items are final sale and non-refundable.
We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you. Please note, additional shipping fees may apply.

If you received a return label from us, drop off your package at the nearest USPS Post Office. Packages must be placed in the mail within 3 days of the authorization date. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit.
We will notify you via email after your return is complete. Please allow up to 5-10 days for us to receive & process your return.
